Welcome to ClickaSlot. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online appointment booking platform and services. By accessing or using ClickaSlot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

ClickaSlot provides a platform that connects service providers with customers seeking to book appointments for various services. We facilitate the booking process but are not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party providers.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the ClickaSlot website and mobile applications.
  • "User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.
  • "Customer" refers to users who book slot appointments through the Platform.
  • "Service Provider" refers to professionals or businesses offering services through the Platform.
  • "Services" refers to the actual services offered by the service provider on ClickaSlot Platform.
  • "Appointment" refers to a slot booking made through the Platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Types

  • Customer Accounts: For individuals booking appointments
  • Service Provider Accounts: For professionals offering services
  • Admin Accounts: For platform administrators

4. Booking Services

4.1 Making Bookings

Customers can browse available services and book appointments through the Platform. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Service Provider. ClickaSlot reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details. Some services may require approval from the Service Provider before the appointment is confirmed.

4.3 Booking Modifications

You may modify or cancel your booking according to the Service Provider's cancellation policy. Modifications are subject to availability. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may incur charges as determined by the Service Provider.

5. Service Provider Obligations

5.1 Service Delivery

Service Providers are responsible for delivering the services booked through the Platform. ClickaSlot is not liable for the quality, timing, or delivery of services provided by third-party Service Providers.

5.2 Professional Standards

Service Providers must maintain appropriate professional standards, qualifications, certifications, and licenses required for their services. Service Providers must provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, and availability information.

5.3 Compliance

Service Providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in providing their services.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Payment Processing

Payments for services may be processed through the Platform. All payment information is handled securely through third-party payment processors. ClickaSlot does not store complete payment card details on our servers.

6.2 Pricing

Service prices are set by Service Providers and displayed on the Platform. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Service Providers may charge cancellation fees in accordance with their cancellation policies.

6.3 Platform Fees

ClickaSlot may charge service fees or commissions for use of the Platform. These fees will be clearly disclosed during the booking process.

6.4 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual Service Providers. ClickaSlot will facilitate refunds in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy but is not responsible for issuing refunds for services provided by third parties.

7. Cancellations and No-Shows

7.1 Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel bookings in accordance with the Service Provider's cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges as specified by the Service Provider.

7.2 Cancellation by Service Providers

Service Providers may cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, ClickaSlot will attempt to notify the Customer promptly and facilitate rebooking or refunds as appropriate.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
  • Collect or harvest personal information from other users
  • Post or transmit any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ClickaSlot or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 User Content

By posting content on the Platform, you grant ClickaSlot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the Platform.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ClickaSlot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Service Provider Services

ClickaSlot is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Service Providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of service descriptions, qualifications, or availability information provided by Service Providers.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickaSlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or services booked through the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClickaSlot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

ClickaSlot may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Customer-Provider Disputes

Disputes between Customers and Service Providers should first be resolved directly between the parties. ClickaSlot may assist with facilitating resolution but is not obligated to intervene.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickaSlot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

ClickaSlot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ClickaSlot regarding your use of the Platform.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
